About this machine

An articulated boom has a knuckle part way along the arm, so you can lift over a roof edge, plant or a parked lorry and then reach down or across to the work.

The turret slews round, letting you cover a wide area from one parking spot.

Hybrid power lets you run on battery inside and switch to the engine outdoors or to top up the charge.

What licence do I need to operate it?
Operators should hold an IPAF PAL card for category 3B (mobile boom platforms). We can point you to training if you need it.
How high and how far can I reach?
The published working height is 15.7m (51ft 6in), platform height 13.7m (44ft 11in), with up to 9.4m (30ft 10in) of outreach. Working height assumes a person of average height standing on the platform, so leave a margin for tools and fixings.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. Hybrid power lets you run on battery inside and switch to the engine outdoors or to top up the charge.
How big and heavy is it?
Stowed, it is 6.35m long, 2m wide and 2.1m high, and it weighs 4,800kg. Check doorways, gates, lifts and floor loading against those figures before you book.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery and collection are included in the hire price. Some areas, such as Greater London and Scotland, carry an area surcharge, and the postcode check on this page shows it before you book.
What does the price include?
The main price is for a week's hire of the machine at our week rate, inc and ex VAT, with the 2-day price under it. A machine without a week rate shows its 2-day price instead. Optional damage waiver included. Hold your own HiPI? Upload your certificate to remove it. Delivery and collection are included, plus any area surcharge for your postcode, and other hire lengths are priced when you pick your dates.
