About this machine
Mast lifts are the smallest powered access platforms. They squeeze through doorways, ride in goods lifts and sit on finished floors without marking them.
Pick one when a ladder or tower would be slow to move between jobs and a scissor lift would be too big for the room.
Running on batteries keeps it quiet with zero exhaust emissions, so it is welcome indoors and on low-emission sites.

- What licence do I need to operate it?
- Operators should hold an IPAF PAL card for category 1A (static vertical platforms). We can point you to training if you need it.
- How high and how far can I reach?
- The published working height is 5.1m (16ft 9in), platform height 3.1m (10ft 2in), with up to 0.65m (2ft 2in) of outreach. Working height assumes a person of average height standing on the platform, so leave a margin for tools and fixings.
- Can I use it indoors?
- Yes. It runs on batteries, so it is quiet with zero exhaust emissions, which makes it welcome indoors and on low-emission sites.
- How big and heavy is it?
- Stowed, it is 1.62m long, 0.78m wide and 1.85m high, and it weighs 365kg. Check doorways, gates, lifts and floor loading against those figures before you book.
- Is delivery included?
- Yes. Delivery and collection are included in the hire price. Some areas, such as Greater London and Scotland, carry an area surcharge, and the postcode check on this page shows it before you book.
- What does the price include?
- The main price is for a week's hire of the machine at our week rate, inc and ex VAT, with the 2-day price under it. A machine without a week rate shows its 2-day price instead. Optional damage waiver included. Hold your own HiPI? Upload your certificate to remove it. Delivery and collection are included, plus any area surcharge for your postcode, and other hire lengths are priced when you pick your dates.
